We have an accord!

I know, I know. I am delinquent in posting pictures of the house we are trying to buy. Well here they are. This is just a drive-by photo shoot that I did this afternoon. I still don't have any from the inside because I forgot my camera when we saw it. As for the contract negotiation, we have an acceptable contract to both parties. All the signatures have been made and the house is now under contract. This week we will be getting a loan finalized, inspections set up, and insurance set up. We have scheduled a closing date for June 16th. I will let you know more as it happens.
