house hunt update

So an interesting thing happened over the weekend. Our three top choices went under contract within three days! We are more or less back to square one (unless the Deer Track LN deal falls through). The three that have sold (pending closing) are Deer Track LN, Hampton Meadows, and Gambrel Way (Brookside Farms subdivision). We do still have Cameron CT and Milkwood LN as possibilities. Additionally, we have new homes put on market every week. We are going to watch and be ready to jump on a house quickly if one we like pops up. Unfortunately, that may mean an unplanned drive to Charlotte during the next week or so to look at houses. If nothing particularly nice shows up, then we will pick up where we left off after the move. I'll keep you posted.
