I'm employed!

I have officially accepted a position at a company called ATI Allvac in Monroe, NC. I will be working as a product engineer in the nickel billet group. Krista and I are very excited about the opportunity that has been offered to us and I'm sure I will be writing more about it in the future. For now, I just want to thank everyone that prayed for us and loved us through the job search. Now all I have to do is finish ;-)

Krista, by the way, just completed her final submission today. We expect to get confirmation about the completed status of her dissertation package tomorrow. I have now completed my rough draft and am in the process of cleaning up the document and editing in anticipation of printing a completed document next week sometime. Its getting very exciting and things are moving very fast now. Even Emma seems to be getting bigger faster and faster lately.
