Krista's Fishes

So if you've made your way over to Nate's blog (here), you have already seen these pictures. I'm posting them here as Krista wants everyone to know about her fishing prowess. Throughout our day of scalloping Krista landed 5 fish. That's roughly 5 times more than I caught. She started her day of fishing by playing the old, "I don't know how to cast" game. Once we got her comfortable with the rigging, away she went. Almost immediately the first fish came up. Of course, she couldn't touch it to remove it so Dad and I had to unhook all of her fish. If they weren't big enough to keep she named them. She even offered one of them a kiss. Krista was clearly calling the shots that day. As soon as a fish came up, she started yelling for someone to grab it and for Nate to grab his camera. I got in trouble a few times for taking a fish off the line before a picture could be taken. Obviously, Krista had a great time and we are planning on going out again soon so she can perfect her fishing skills.
