So tomorrow marks the official start of the 2007 Atlantic Hurricane season. We've already had one storm this year (Andrea), and they are predicting an above average year. Under "good" conditions,we will have an above average year. If an el nino develops, the season will be weaker than normal. But, if la nina develops (and probably will), we will have an even more above average season. Anyway, these slides are from a National Hurricane Center presentation about the impending season.
