Good News, Bad News

Bad News First: I didn't make it out to Gameday and Krista didn't dye her hair orange and blue. Something about wanting to look nice for church on Sunday during her flute duet with Emmy. Excuses, excuses, excuses...

Good News: UF dominated LSU on saturday, winning 23-10. LSU came in as the top defense in the country and one of the best offenses in the country. You couldn't tell by watching the game. They coughed up 5 turnovers. We scored on several of them. Our seats were in the very back of the stadium. Row 90 to be precise. Oh, and right next to the LSU fans. They were loud early one when LSU intercepted a pass and then scored soon after. But once Florida started rolling, they quieted down nicely. Then they left early. All in all, it was a fun night. In other South Eastern Conference (SEC) news, Arkansas (unranked) stunned no. 2 Auburn (27-10) and Tennessee was the first team to put up 50 points against Georgia since... who was that?... Oh yeah, FLORIDA in 1995. Georgia lost 51-33. Next for Florida, the now enraged (and no longer unbeaten) Auburn at Auburn. It will be a tough game, but if we get by I think we're in good shape for the season.
